The Perforated Tube System is used for treatments of fractures and for patient positioning. The support elements are perforated stainless steel bars; the single components of the Perforated Tube System can all be combined with each other. This modular design principle permits to set up all medically required treatment units at the bed.

Today Dr. Paul Koch GmbH is the exclusive supplier of the Perforated Tube System, called Universal Extension System according to Heller-Brandi.

Our system is compatible to the core elements of the Braun System. Thus, Dr. Paul Koch can serve all users who work with the Braun System. Please ask for advice.

This self-supporting splint can be easily attached to practically any bed. It is mounted onto the end of the bed in conjunction with the Heller-Brandi perforated tube system. The self-supporting design of the splint makes it easier for nurses to carry out personal hygiene tasks for patients. Changing sheets and positioning bed pans is also easier.
